Your journey and healing is specific to you and it’s something I value and hold sacred, there are no minimum amount of sessions required or ever pressure placed to purchase future sessions.
Coaching Session
I love working with individuals to dream up and design an intentional, fulfilling life. This is an opportunity to look at where you are and where you want to go. Coaching can be a dynamic source of self-discovery, intention, and change. My clients are usually able to clarify and achieve their goals surprisingly quickly.
Email support is offered in-between sessions.
$120 per session
Breathwork Healing
Healing experiences with me are co-created by you and the breath to meet you where you’re at and take you exactly where you need to go. I will then guide you through the Breathwork journey, utilizing sound, essential oils, crystals, inquiry, and other tools to aid in the healing experience.
This is beneficial to the mind, body, and spirit.
There will be a brief check-in at the start and guidance on how to best integrate the healing after the session.
$100 per session
I am committed to financially accessible healing.
If you are financially unstable at this time please notify me so that I can share my discounted rate.
There are discounted sessions for BIPOC or members of the LGBTQ community available monthly as well.
